Carl is an entrepreneur and finance consultant with 10+ years of experience working with CFOs and finance executives. He specializes in providing practical, hands-on and creative advice to small and medium businesses in the field of financial modeling, business analytics and finance strategy.

Prior to establishing kube consulting, Carl spent a number of years in the Performance Enhancement Group at Deloitte, where he was involved in a wide range of consulting and restructuring mandates. Carl previously founded and oversaw the growth of a tech company across the U.S. and Canada, and worked on various audit and strategic engagements for privately held and publicly traded companies.

Carl is a CPA, CA charterholder who made the prestigious National Honor Roll. He holds a MSc. and BSc. From HEC Montreal where he graduated top of his class, received over a dozen scholarships for leadership and academic standing, and has written a number of papers on the psychology of fraud and the financial markets.
